This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing Tuesday, September 6, 2022, in Fresno, California.

On August 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, indicating therein that respondent has been unsuccessful in previous attempts to contact petitioners.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before, August 31, 2022, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed August 15, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed August 15, 2022, is set for hearing on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. (PT). Petitioners are advised that failure to comply with this order or failure to appear at the hearing on September 6, 2022, may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision against petitioners.

This order constitutes official notice to the parties.
