Decided July 19, 1954.

An action for damages for personal injuries to plaintiff resulting when he came in contact with electrical wires allegedly left exposed through the negligence of defendants. Judgment entered for defendants and against plaintiff "for dismissal with costs".

Error to the District Court of the City and County of Denver, Hon. Joseph E. Cook, Judge.
