Maurice Nesbitt, Petitioner, v. State of Florida, Respondent.

Maurice Nesbitt, pro se, Petitioner. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus-Original Jurisdiction.

Maurice Nesbitt, pro se, Petitioner.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Per Curiam.

Because the trial court has ruled on the filing pending below, the Court denies the petition for writ of mandamus as moot. See Ward v. State, 770 So.2d 206, 207 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000) (denying a petition for writ of mandamus as moot where the trial court had ruled on the motion pending below).

Makar, Winokur, and Tanenbaum, JJ., concur.
