In an action against a physician to recover damages for malpractice, order denying defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground that the action is barred by the Statute of Limitations (Civ. Prac. Act, § 50, subd. 1), affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur. [ 195 Misc. 464.]
