Upon the agreement and consent of the parties at oral argument before the Appeals Court, the matter is remanded to the Probate Court for the entry of an order appointing a commissioner to sell the marital home for not less than $100,000, the first $100,000 of the net proceeds to be paid to Demitra Nemphos, and the commissioner's fees and expenses to be paid by Spero Nemphos.
