ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

On October 9, 2024, this Court received findings from the trial court stating that appellant's appointed counsel, Daniel Oliphant, was unable to continue representing appellant and withdrew from the case. The trial court appointed counsel from the Dallas County Public Defender's Office to represent appellant, and attorney Matthew Seymour has appeared for appellant.

We VACATE this Court's order of September 11, 2024, to the extent the order required Mr. Oliphant to file appellant's brief by October 14, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk to remove Mr. Oliphant as counsel for appellant and to add Mr. Seymour as counsel for appellant.

We ORDER Mr. Seymour to file appellant's brief on or before NOVEMBER 12, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order by first class mail to Byron Nelson, TDCJ # 02494011, Cole Unit, 3801 Silo Road, Bonham, TX 75418.
