ORDER


AND NOW, this 21st day of August, 2008, upon consideration of the motion to quash a subpoena served by plaintiffs (Doc. 17), filed by non-party subpoena recipient Dauphin County Social Services for Children and Youth, and following a telephone conference with all interested parties, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion to quash (Doc. 17) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows:

1. The scope of the subpoena is limited to any records or documents indicating communications between Dauphin County Social Services for Children and Youth and defendants regarding Michael Fernsler.
2. Within ten days of the date of this order, counsel for Dauphin County Social Services for Children and Youth shall secure the records referenced in paragraph one and provide them to the court for an in camera inspection regarding the privilege issues raised in the motion to quash.
3. After reviewing the documents for privilege and discoverability, the court will provide them to plaintiffs as appropriate.
