ORDER AUTHORIZING AMIE A. NELSON TO APPLY FOR AND OBTAIN PASSPORTS FOR MINOR CHILDREN
RAYMOND P. MOORE, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE.
Pursuant to 22 C.F.R. § 51.28(a)(3)(ii)(E), “[a] passport application may be executed on behalf of a minor under age 16 by only one parent or legal guardian if such person provides:… (ii) Documentary evidence that such person is the sole parent or has sole custody of the minor. Such evidence includes, but is not limited to, the following:…(E) An order of a court of competent jurisdiction…specifically authorizing the applying parent or legal guardian to obtain a passport for the minor, regardless of custodial arrangements; or specifically authorizing the travel of the minor with the applying parent or legal guardian.” In accordance with this provision, the Court ORDERS as follows:
(1) That Amie N. Nelson (DOB [] 1975), the mother of the minor children [] (“JSP”) (DOB [] 2015) and [] (“PAN”) (DOB [] 2013), is hereby specifically authorized by this Court to apply for and obtain, on an expedited basis, U.S. passports for the two minor children without the necessity of written consent by the minor children's father, Michael Angelo Nelson;
(2) That this Order specifically authorizes Amie N. Nelson to travel with the minor children from Colorado to Panama, but to no other country or state; and
(3) That the United States Department of State is specifically authorized and requested to expedite the handling and processing of the passports for the minor children.
