This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 29, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session. On November 5, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report, advising that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and requesting 60 days to submit stipulated decision documents. Respondent also advised that petitioner sent to the Court a Notice of Change of Address. Once the Court receives and process petitioner's notice, the parties will finalize stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 29, 2021, Miami, Florida, remote trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 7, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court proposed stipulated decision documents, or file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
