This case is currently calendared on the Court's Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session, scheduled to begin October 3, 2022.
On September 19, 2022, the Commissioner filed a pretrial memorandum indicating a probable trial in this case. The Court would like to hold a pretrial conference call with the parties in this case, but it appears that there is no telephone number listed on the petition for petitioners David and Luanne Nelson. The Court will direct the Nelsons to contact the undersigned's Chambers for the purpose of scheduling a pretrial conference call. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that immediately upon receipt of this Order, the Nelsons should contact the Chambers of the undersigned Judge at (202)521-0800 for the purpose of scheduling a pretrial conference call between the Court and the parties.
