DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application for extension of time to perfect proceeding, for permission to file and serve a handwritten brief and for assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application for an extension of time to perfect the proceeding is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth facts showing merit to the proceeding as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the application for permission to file and serve a handwritten brief and for assignment of counsel is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal upon obtaining an extension of time to perfect the proceeding.
