ORDER

Plaintiff, Colette Rene Nelson, has filed a civil rights complaint.See 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West Supp. 2003). In an order dated September 29, 2003, the Court granted Plaintiff's motion to proceedin forma pauperis. See 28 id. § 1915. That order required Plaintiff to pay within thirty days an initial partial filing fee of $22.33. To date, Plaintiff has not complied.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's complaint be dismissed without prejudice.
