Opinion

Case No. 2D19-1569

02-28-2020

David E. NEITLICH, Appellant, v. Charles E. PORTER, Jr., Appellee.

David E. Neitlich, pro se. Charles E. Porter, pro se.

David E. Neitlich, pro se.

Charles E. Porter, pro se.

PER CURIAM.

David E. Neitlich challenges an order entitled "Order denying motion to compel." To the extent that the order is a final order appealable pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110 as it contains language of finality, we affirm the order without comment. To the extent that the order denies Mr. Neitlich's motion to compel, we treat the appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari and deny the petition. See, e.g., Nucci v. Simmons, 20 So. 3d 388, 390 (Fla. 2d DCA 2009).

Affirmed in part; denied in part.

VILLANTI, BLACK, and ROTHSTEIN-YOUAKIM, JJ., Concur.
