Neiman Nix and DNA Sports Performance Lab, Inc., Plaintiffs-Appellants, v. Major League Baseball, et al., Defendants-Respondents.
Plaintiffs-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 22, 2018, and from an order of the same Court entered on or about December 31, 2018 (M-1805), And defendants-respondents having cross moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeals for failure to timely perfect (M-1981), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals to the October 2019 Term (M-1805). The cross motion is denied (M-1981).
