This case is currently calendared on the Court's Columbus, Ohio, remote trial calendar, scheduled to begin January 31, 2022.

On January 10, 2022, the Court served an Order directing the parties to attend a conference call scheduled for January 18, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time) to discuss trial preparations for this case.

On January 18, 2022, counsel for respondent appeared and was prepared for the call. Petitioner Ahmed Negousse did not appear for the conference call. This case is still set for trial and the parties are expected to appear at the calendar call of the above-referenced trial session. Should Mr. Negousse fail to appear at the calendar call, the Court may dismiss this case and enter a decision against him. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed to appear at the Court's Columbus, Ohio, remote trial session, beginning at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time) on January 31, 2022.

The parties are to refer to the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served September 15, 2021, for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode.
