MEMORANDUM OPINION

The parties have filed a joint motion to reinstate the appeal and dismiss the appeal with prejudice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 8.3(a), 42.1(a). The parties have agreed that they will bear their own appellate costs. See id. 42.1(d). No opinion has issued. See id. 42.1(c).

Accordingly, we reinstate the appeal, grant the parties' motion, and dismiss the appeal with prejudice. See id. 42.1(a); 43.2(f). We direct the Clerk of this Court that costs are to be taxed against the parties who incurred the same. See id. 42.1(d). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot.
