Nakia Neely, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Scott A. Felicetti, The Felicetti Law Firm, P.C. and John Does 1-25, Defendants-Appellants.


Defendants-appellants having moved for leave to appeal a determination declining to sign an order to show cause and for an order staying the inquest scheduled for April 12, 2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 24, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the inquest on condition that the aforementioned appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 24, 2019, which denied defendants' motion to vacate the default judgment, is perfected on or before July 8, 2019 for the September 2019 Term. The motion is otherwise denied.
