ORDER FOR DOCUMENT PRODUCTION
Defendant moves for summary judgment on all of Plaintiff's claims. In consideration of Defendant's motion, I order the parties to file with this Court any documents relevant to the following issues:
1. Any record of settlement discussions or resolutions regarding Plaintiff's grievances filed through the United Auto Workers and protesting: (1) the work Plaintiff was denied during the July 2002 plant shut-down; and (2) the challenged periods of overtime Plaintiff was denied between February and May 2003. This includes evidence of any release of liability signed by Plaintiff or his agents, or any discussions thereof.
2. Provisions of the national and local Collective Bargaining Agreements between Defendant General Motors Corp. and the United Auto Workers that pertain to the settlement of grievances and any limitations on the parties' ability to bring suit.
3. Regarding Plaintiff's grievances mentioned in paragraph 1, the parties are ordered to submit their accounting of:
a. The number of hours of shut-down work and overtime work Plaintiff claimed he was denied.
b. The number of hours of shut-down work and overtime work for which Plaintiff was compensated when those grievances were settled.
The parties have fifteen days from the date of this order in which to file the documents requested with this Court.
