MEMORANDUM OPINION


Roy Thomas Neal was convicted of assault. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 22.01 (Vernon Supp. 2004-05). The judge assessed punishment at 180 days' confinement in jail, probated for twenty-four months, and a $200 fine. Appellant, who is not indigent, did not file a brief. Absent briefs, no points of error are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
