ORDER

Plaintiff, who is pro se in this action, failed to appear at a status conference held on November 13, 2003. Because she is not registered to use the electronic case filing system, plaintiff had been notified of the status conference by mail. She was also granted leave to participate telephonically in that status conference. Pursuant to the status conference, the Court issued an order setting another status conference for November 24, 2003, and informing the plaintiff that failure to appear at the conference, either in person or by telephone, could result in dismissal of the case. Notice was again mailed to plaintiff at her address of record. Again, plaintiff failed to appear or communicate with the Court. Accordingly, it is this 24th day of November, 2003, hereby

ORDERED that the case is dismissed in its entirety.

A copy of this order shall be mailed to plaintiff at her address of record.
