MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed his notice of appeal August 2, 2004. In letters dated August 4, 2004, we notified appellant his notice of appeal was defective, a $125 filing was due, and his docketing statement was due. We instructed appellant to file an amended notice of appeal that conformed with the rules of appellate procedure and a completed docketing statement and to remit his filing fee, all within ten days of the date of the letters. We cautioned appellant that the failure to do would result in the dismissal of his appeal without further notice. To date, appellant has not complied with this Court's instructions.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution.
