On November 20, 2023, this Court issued an order abating the appeal. The order gave the parties an opportunity to finalize a settlement. On January 24, 2023, Appellant filed a letter advising the Court the parties have finalized a settlement.
Therefore, by the Court's own motion, the above styled and numbered cause is hereby REINSTATED.
