ORDER

LEWIS R. CARLUZZO CHIEF SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed June 25, 2021, and supplemented August 31, 2021, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is set for hearing during the Court's remote trial session scheduled to begin on December 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order applicable to cases set for trial during the December 13, 2021, Phoenix, Arizona, remote trial session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court serve the parties with a Notice of Remote Proceeding that contains the log in information and comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
