For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed March 14, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 30, 2022, the parties shall file separately a Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation containing a statement of account (Form 3623).
