On January 10, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision (Doc. 10), and later that same day, filed another proposed stipulated decision (Doc. 11). Upon review of Doc. 10, it appears the first Ordered and Decided paragraph refers to petitioner and not petitioners. The parties corrected that error in Doc. 11. We will strike Doc. 10 from the record. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision (Doc. 10) is hereby stricken from the Court's record.
