ORDER

On October 22, 2013, we abated and remanded this case to the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine if it was necessary to appoint appellate counsel to represent the appellant, Julian Lawrence Navarro, in this appeal. The trial court held a hearing, determined Navarro was indigent, and appointed Allison Lanty to represent Navarro in this appeal.

This appeal is REINSTATED on our docket. Our previous order suspending appellate deadlines in this case is LIFTED. A timely motion for new trial was filed in the trial court. In the event the motion for new trial is not granted, the clerk's record and the reporter's record are due in this Court no later than February 7, 2014. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.2(b).
