DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to proceed a a poor person and to proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board from the decision filed November 15, 2017 is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal may be perfected upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board and one signed original and six typewritten copies of a brief and appendix, and the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board from the decision filed November 9, 2016 is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to a showing that a timely notice of appeal from the decision has been filed.
