ORDER


The Court, having considered the parties' Notice of Settlement of Attorneys' Fees and Costs and good cause appearing therefor:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties have settled this matter whereby the Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission and Secretary of State shall pay the Coalition's attorneys Brown Bain P.A. $64,050.00, Lewis and Roca LLP $41,260.00, and the Law Offices of Aaron Kizer $17,690.00 for a total of $123,000.00 for attorneys' fees and costs incurred in this matter in full compliance with the Court's September 30, 2003 Order [Doc. #173].

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court's October 23, 2003 Order [Doc. #177] setting forth a briefing schedule on the reasonableness of the Coalition's fees and costs is hereby VACATED.
