ALFONSO BORJA NAVA, Appellant v. RONALD HOLT AND DARLA JORDAN, Appellees

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. CC-19-00730-B

ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE

The final judgment being challenged in this appeal was amended on July 11, 2024, within the trial court's plenary power. We GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT THAT we SUSPEND the deadline for the filing of the appellate record and ORDER appellant to file, no later than October 9, 2024, either an amended notice of appeal or a motion to dismiss the appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Melissa Jean Bellan, Presiding Judge of County Court at Law No. 2; Dallas County Clerk John F. Warren; Robin Washington, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 2; and the parties.
