MEMORANDUM OPINION


On February 9, 2005, appellants' appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution. Cross-Appellants Flash Trucking, Inc., Dora A. Alanis, and Fernando Coronado Barbosa have filed a motion to dismiss their cross-appeal, stating that the parties have settled. In addition, cross-appellants Stace Williams, Paul Thorson, and The Stace Williams Law Firm, P.C. have also notified the court that they have settled their differences with the appellants and no longer wish to pursue their appeal. Cross-appellants' motion to dismiss is granted, and both cross-appeals are dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1). Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who incurred them.
