DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by the respondents Duval H. Naughton, Jr., and Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., on an appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2012, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2016, and to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2016, is amended by deleting the first decretal paragraph thereof and substituting therefor the following decretal paragraph:

"ORDERED that the appellants' time to comply with so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2013, as amended December 23, 2013, as directed them to file a supplemental record is enlarged until June 22, 2016, and on before that date the appellants shall file a supplemental record containing the transcript of proceedings which occurred on March 25, 2010, and April 15, 2010, the exhibits admitted into evidence during those proceedings, and the material listed in paragraphs 24 and 25 of the affirmation of Ian Anderson dated September 16, 2013, filed in support of the motion that was determined by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2013; and it is further,"

ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until July 22, 2016, and the respondents' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
