DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for an order directing the pro hac vice admission of Thomas H. Dupree Jr., Esq., an attorney admitted in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, pursuant to section 520.11(a) (1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and Thomas H. Dupree Jr., Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing appellant upon the appeal.
