ORDER


AND NOW, this 7th day of December, 2004, upon consideration of the Motion of the Plaintiff Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company for Leave to File an Amended Complaint (Docket No. 58) and the Answer to Nationwide's Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint by Defendants John and Carol Potochnick (Docket No. 59), in which the Defendants state that they do not oppose the requested relief in the Motion,

Defendant Stacy Perry Dimenichi joined in the Answer to Nationwide's Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint by Defendants John and Carol Potochnick (Docket No. 60).

It is hereby ORDERED that the Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint is GRANTED and that the Plaintiff, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, may file the Amended Complaint,

AND FURTHER, the Defendants shall have ten (10) days after the Amended Complaint to file an Answer to the Amended Complaint or notify the Court that they will reassert their original answers.
