Appeal from the County Court for Hillsborough County; Frances M. Perrone, Judge.
DeeAnn J. McLemore of Banker Lopez Gassler P.A., St. Petersburg, and Chris W. Altenbernd of Banker Lopez Gassler P.A., Tampa, for Appellant.
David M. Caldevilla of de la Parte & Gilbert, P.A., Tampa, for Appellee.
PER CURIAM
Nationwide Insurance Company of America appeals the county court's final summary judgment in favor of Crespo & Associates, P.A. a/a/o Lisa Oliver in the amount of $32.31. Although the parties dispute whether the judgment will be paid from Personal Injury Protection coverage or from Medical Payments coverage under Nationwide's insurance policy, Nationwide is liable for the judgment amount one way or another.
Therefore, there is no relief to be granted in this appeal, and we affirm.
