And defendants-appellants having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order and judgment and to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on condition the appeal is perfected for the March 2025 Term of this Court and that an undertaking for the full judgment amount is posted within 10 days of the instant order.
