DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 19, 2017, and July 27, 2017. Renewed motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue her prior motion pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), to extend the time to perfect the appeals, and for a waiver of the filing fees, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2019. The previous motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue was denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 31, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
