Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Clevon McCallum and Nicola McCallum, Defendants-Appellants, -and- Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., as Nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan, et al., Defendants.


An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about

September 23, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants-appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the appeal timely perfected and adjourning the perfected appeal to the November 2020 Term, with a filing deadline of October 7, 2020 for the respondent brief and October 16, 2020 for the reply brief, and continuing the previously granted stay of enforcement of the underlying order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
