PRESENT:
Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on February 22, 2017, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Marc W. Brown, Esq., sworn to September 6, 2018, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted insofar as they seek to consolidate the appeals, and the appeals from the orders entered February 22, 2018, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motions are granted insofar as they seek an extension of time to perfect the appeals, and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before November 9, 2018, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
