195 So. 2d 551 (Fla. 1967)

Opinion

No. 35668.

February 15, 1967.

Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Public Service Commission.

Keen, O'Kelley Spitz, H.O. Pemberton and Richard B. Austin, Tallahassee, for petitioners.

Lewis W. Petteway and John Ruff, Tallahassee, for Florida Public Service Commission, Dan R. Schwartz and Schwartz, Proctor Bolinger, Jacksonville, for Harold G. Sparks d/b/a Interstate Mobilehome Towing, respondents.

By petition for writ of certiorari we have for review Orders No. 7225 and 7255 of the Florida Public Service Commission bearing dates May 18, 1966 and June 27, 1966, respectively.

Our consideration of the petition, the record and briefs, and argument of counsel leads us to conclude that there has been no deviation from the essential requirements of law.

The petition is therefore denied.

THORNAL, C.J., and DREW, O'CONNELL, CALDWELL and ERVIN, JJ., concur.
