ORDER
After making an independent review of the pleadings, files and records in this case, and the findings, conclusions and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, filed on April 3, 2003, the court determines that, the findings and conclusions of the United States Magistrate Judge are correct. To. findings and conclusions of the United States Magistrate Judge are hereby accepted as those of the court. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Post-Judgment Discovery is granted and Plaintiff's Motion for Reasonable Expenses is denied without prejudice. Accordingly, Defendant Mary Adelaide Elizondo, individually and d/b/a the Magic Carpet Club, is directed to answer Plaintiff's Post-Judgment Requests for Production, Admissions, and interrogatories by May 14, 2003. Upon a properly supported application for attorney's fees and cost submitted pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(d), the court will reconsider Plaintiffs Motion for Reasonable Expenses. Plaintiff's may file an amended application for attorney's fees and costs no law than May 6, 2003.
