ONEIDA INDIAN NATION, A SOVEREIGN INDIAN NATION, PLAINTIFF-RESPONDENT, v. TOWN OF VERONA, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on August 27, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Vincent J. Rossi, Jr., Esq., sworn to May 10, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 28, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 27, 2016, and inserting in its place the date July 26, 2016.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
