BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. By Friday, February 21, 2014, the trial court shall hold another pretrial detention hearing and enter an order memorializing its findings of fact and conclusions of law as required by Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.132(c)(2). The order shall address all factors required for pretrial detention as delineated in section 907 .041(c)(5), Florida Statutes, including whether there are no conditions of release reasonably sufficient to protect the community from the risk of physical harm to others.
