On October 7, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (docket entry no. 12). On October 13, 2021, the Court issued an order setting the motion for hearing at calendar call.

This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's Baltimore, Maryland Trial Session, conducted remotely on November 1, 2021. Petitioner appeared and was heard. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. After consulting with a volunteer attorney, petitioner reached a settlement with respondent, which respondent read into the record. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 3, 2022, the parties shall electronically file a stipulated decision or status report. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (docket entry no. 12) is denied without prejudice.
