Defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of all proceedings in this action pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 4, 2019; said appeal having been perfected, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, and all proceedings in Supreme Court are to be stayed pending hearing and determination of the within appeal.
