Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, DIVISION TWO.
Apr 26, 2022
643 S.W.3d 700 (Mo. Ct. App. 2022)

Opinion

No. ED 109796

04-26-2022

Donald NASH, Claimant/Appellant v. Ardagh GLASS, Employer/Respondent, and Travelers Property Casualty Company, Respondent.

ORDER

Donald Nash appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission affirming the award of the Administrative Law Judge that denied disability benefits for his amputated toe. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, and we conclude no reversible error occurred. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. We have, however, provided a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision to the parties for their use only. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Missouri Rule Civil Procedure 84.16(b) 2021.
