ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo, Chief Special Trial Judge.

On December 20, 2023, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing. By Order issued December 27, 2023, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled this case for hearing at a Washington, D.C., special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.

On January 19, 2024, respondent filed a status report in which respondent represents that the requested information has been received from all subpoenaed third parties and that a hearing is no longer necessary.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. (EST). It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall notify the subpoenaed third parties that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for January 24, 2024, is no longer necessary.
