This appeal is dismissed as from a nonappealable nonfinal order. See Better Gov't. Ass'n. of Sarasota County v. State, 802 So.2d 414, 415 (Fla. 2d DCA 2001) (“[O]rders denying summary judgment are not appealable.”).
