DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to dismiss appeal for failure of prosecution, or, in the alternative, to consolidate appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs, unless appellants shall perfect their appeals on or before June 17, 2013, in which event the motion to dismiss is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal.
