VENDORS AND PURCHASERS, § 119false representations, sufficiency of evidence. In action for balance due on land purchase contract, evidence did not show false and fraudulent representations by vendor, where there was some discussion as to future advantages that would arise from increased transportation facilities and construction work that would probably result, but subsequent collapse of real estate might have upset such plans.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. LEROY HACKETT, presiding. Judgment reversed and cause remanded. Heard in second division, first district, at October term, 1937; opinion filed December 5, 1939;
