ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

This case was calendared during the Court's February 5, 2024, San Diego, California, trial session. On October 25, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Remand (Doc. 10) and a Joint Motion for Continuance (Doc. 11). By Order served October 27, 2023, among other things, the parties' Motions were granted, and this case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals for a supplemental collection due process hearing.

On July 25, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 17) requesting additional time to "allow time for the IRS to issue the Supplemental Notice and the parties to discuss how to proceed with this case." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 27, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
